PVC GYPSUM TILE

The latest addition to the false ceiling world is PVC Gypsum Tiles. These are gypsum tiles covered with aluminum foil at the back & PVC designed face at the front to give the exclusive look to the ceiling. Further the corners are covered with PVC strip, so it proves to be moisture proof as well as saves tiles from getting spoilt in case of water dripping from slab or roof.

a)  Plain Lay-in Metal Ceiling

Metal tiles are not impacted at all by these factors and retain their form & functionality under the most adverse situations ensuring a long life.

 Metal ceilings are a very advanced and technology oriented ceiling system. Plain Metal Tiles are available in size 595mm x 595mm which are laid on T-Grid suspension system.

b) Perforated Lay-in Metal Ceiling

These are the patterns of G.I. and Aluminum tiles. The perforations on the tile are available in different sizes for varying acoustic requirements from 1.8 mm to 2.5mm with the possibility of square perforation too on special request.

D) Perforated Clip-in Metal Ceiling

The Clip-in system consists of square tiles or rectangular panels, which can be clipped on to carriers which are profiled to receive the tiles. Two sides of each tile are raised and piped and stopped to ensure positive engagement into the spring tee and yet allow for the demounting of individual tiles or panels.

The Tiles are made of Steel or Aluminum on sophisticated equipment, which includes several leveling stages. The tiles can be coil coated or powder coated in multiple colors. Perforation can be 2.5mm or 1.7mm.
